Software Engineer

General Description:
Join high-caliber software engineering team developing MailFrontier server applications. Responsibilities include ownership of major components of MailFrontier’s sever product line on Windows and Linux platforms.  Ability to come up to speed quickly on a diverse code base and work in a dynamic environment is key to success in this role.

Work experience requirements:

•
 Extensive C/C++ experience a must, Java experience a plus
•
 Experience managing threads, shared resources or inter-process communication required
•
 Experience in networking and email standards including SMTP a plus
•
 Experience developing high performance / scaleable database applications a plus
•
 Windows development experience required; Linux development skills desired
•
 Demonstrated technical leadership including strong communication
•
 Team player attitude a must
•
 3- 10 years software engineering experience
•
 BSCS or equivalent
