Overview
Our program is designed to reward businesses that influence customers to purchase products and services directly from MailFrontier.

Referral fees are 10% of a customer’s purchase price, when you are named as the business entity that influenced the sale. Through this program, we take care of all product fulfillment and support, which allows you to focus your time and resources on your business.

Who Can Participate
A wide array of businesses that recommend technology solutions may participate in our Referral Program, including consultants, systems integrators and ISVs. Participants must be a business entity with a federal tax ID number and have an offering that complements or adds value to the MailFrontier solution.

How It Works
1.
You consult with a customer to select the proper MailFrontier solution
2.
You fax a completed Referral Authorization Form to us (contact information on form)
3.
If the order satisfies our criteria (as outlined below), we approve your referral request
4.
The customer places the order directly with us
5.
We fulfill the order and invoice the customer
6.
We receive customer payment of the invoice
7.
We send you the referral fee – 10% of the customer’s purchase price – 30 days after we receive payment from the customer

NOTE:
MailFrontier reserves the right to disapprove of a Lead Referral Form, obtain reimbursement of a referral fee, or otherwise deny payment of a referral fee, if in its sole discretion, it determines that any of the following apply:(i) the product or service deliverable is subject to a return or cancellation, a refund or other customer remedy depriving MailFrontier of its anticipated revenue, (ii) multiple partners or entities are seeking referral fees on the same order placed with MailFrontier, (iii) an organizational relationship exists between a customer and the Referral Partner (such as parent-subsidiary or affiliate), (iv) The customer is a pre-existing customer of MailFrontier, or (v) any other reason making it inequitable for Referral Partner to receive a referral fee. Referral Participants shall be eligible to receive referral fees based on sales revenue received by MailFrontier from a customer identified on a Referral Authorization Form for a period of six (6) months from the date of MailFrontier's receipt of such Referral Authorization Form. Following such six (6) month period, Referral Participant shall not receive any referral fees as a result of any sales to such customer.
