The MailFrontier Compliance module provides a centralized compliance management interface that streamlines the identification and monitoring of confidential information, and provides robust policy enforcement options. Compliance reports, the ability to blind copy emails to supervisory mailboxes, and notifications provide unobtrusive monitoring. Predefined policies can be used to select actions including enforcement encryption, archiving, and placement in an Approval Box.

The MailFrontier Archiving module provides for easy capture of all or only good messages locally or on a separate server and the ability to search and retrieve these messages. This module also facilitates policy-based archiving to MailFrontier archiving partner AXS-One, also announced today. The new MailFrontier–PGP Universal Encryption Solution, also announced today, expands MailFrontier’s integrated encryption options with a hardened, easy-to-deploy appliance to protect confidential information.
