MailFrontier goes beyond matching records, keywords, and phrases with MailFrontier Disguised Text Identification™, which detects information that has been accidentally or purposefully altered. Administrators can also inconspicuously monitor the effectiveness of the compliance policies through notification emails, approval boxes, blind copies of emails to administrators, and compliance reports. Administrators can select the enforcement option that best fits the compliance situation, including encrypt, archive, block, delete, review, copy, or quarantine.
