How does the renewal process work?
When you renew your subscription, you will receive an email with a NEW license key. When MailFrontier Desktop is started select “Enter Key” and then copy/paste the new license key into the “Enter Key field”. Once MailFrontier Desktop accepts your license key entry as valid your subscription will be renewed.

What happens to MailFrontier Desktop if I don’t renew?
The MailFrontier Desktop software will continue to operate, but you will no longer receive:
  • the latest updates to the software,
  • access to the MailFrontier SMART Network,
  • updates to the anti-spam/anti-phishing content filters,
  • email access to MailFrontier customer support.
This means that you will receive more and more spam and phishing email in your inbox as spammers and phishers develop new and more sinister techniques.

How do I keep the renewal reminder window from displaying?
If you renew the software, all you need to do is enter the NEW license key provided to you via the email you received when you renewed your software. The next time you start MailFrontier Desktop, the renewal reminder window will not be shown. Until you enter a new valid license key you will receive the renewal reminder window each time you start MailFrontier Desktop. If you chose not to renew your subscription the renewal reminder window will continue to be displayed until you disable or uninstall MailFrontier Desktop.
