MailFrontier’s robust policy management allows you to implement email policies that meet—and anticipate—your business needs. Policy management does not apply to spam or phishing protection. Users are automatically protected from these types of malware. Instead these policies allow administrators to easily set robust email policies, including filtering specific types of attachments or confidential or sensitive content to comply with the organization’s email policies.
MailFrontier’s easy-to-use, Web-based administrative interface allows administrators to implement single or multi-action email policies. Policies can be created for inbound and outbound email traffic, can scan all message components for specific criteria or content, and can take a variety of actions (for example, bounce, route to, notify, etc.). These policies can be applied company-wide or to specific users or LDAP-based groups.
Administrators can monitor the impact of a particular policy by placing all emails that match the policy in a named Approval Box for review.
