Companies

Clicking on “Companies” brings up access to the “Companies” (domain) allowed and blocked lists. Users can view the companies that have been added to each list and add or remove as desired.

• To Add:
  Click on “Add” button.
  Format the address as shown in the screen that comes up.
  Click OK.
• To Remove:
  Select address.
  Click on “Remove” button.
  Address is immediately removed from list

Wildcards are not supported when inputting company (domain) names (i.e. *.org is not allowed)

When mail is being processed, the “people” allowed / blocked entry will take precedence over a domain entry. For example, 'abc@example.com' on the people allowed list would override 'example.com' on the company blocked
