Subscription Renewals
Each year, on or about the anniversary date of your original purchase date, you can choose to renew your subscription to MailFrontier Desktop for an additional year.  By renewing your subscription you will continue to receive product updates and be able to obtain email support.

Pricing for a one-year renewal subscription of MailFrontier Desktop is currently $14.95. USD

If you decide not to renew your subscription, MailFrontier Desktop will continue to operate but it will be less and less effective over time as you will not receive future product updates to protect yourself against emerging email threats.  In addition, email support will no longer be provided.

Accepted Payment Methods
Our online store accepts Visa, MasterCard/EuroCard, Discover, American Express, Diner's Club, JCB, and check cards or ATM cards, so long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above. In the U.S. we also accept checks and money orders with a nominal additional charge.  All checks must be drawn in U.S. funds from a U.S. bank.

You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our online store’s secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

Accepted Currencies
Currently payment can be accepted in US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars, Euros and British Pound Sterling.  Payment in currencies other than US Dollars can only be made via credit card purchases using the credit cards noted above.

Taxes
Applicable sales tax is charged for orders shipped to California, Minnesota and Washington.

Pursuant to the Digital VAT Directive, as of 1st July 2003, European customers will be charged VAT (Tax) on all downloadable digital products and services, including software, at a rate of 17.5%.

Confirmation of Purchase
Once your online purchase is complete, you will receive an email from Digital River (MailFrontier’s online store e-commerce processing company) with confirmation of your order and your License Key.  You can also lookup your order and License Key online at the MailFrontier online store.

License Key Installation
A License Key is required to operate the MailFrontier Desktop software past the initial trial period.  When you purchase your subscription to MailFrontier Desktop you will be provided a License Key to enter into the product at start-up.  For detailed instructions on how to input your License Key, see our License Key Help page.
